Weekend in North Wales

I'm planning on a weekend invasion to enjoy some of the roads around North Wales. I've read Jamies post about the roads - very helpful. But can anyone recommend some decent hotels?

I'm hoping to get a free weekend to sample the roads there sometime soon! Not sure when at this point though.
