Anyone from Deeside?

UPS lost, then found, then damaged in transit then lost again a gearbox en route to me, last scanned at the Deeside depot last week.
They have zero customer assistance, all autobot and the Indian call centre will not give me the number for the Deeside depot to find out if its in quarantine there.
Basically they have now washed there hands of it, I am pretty sure if I can speak to someone there it will take 5 mins to resolve.
So hoping a kindly local pistonheader if passing the depot could pop in and get me the number, I am a 3 hr drive away so its quite a trek to drive up there to find they have skipped it!
Only the main UPS number comes up on any google search, and that directs you to a bunch of f
kwits every time.
