Anyone able to help with this road and view please

We went on this road two years ago and I now don’t know where it is

I know it’s not too far from the Wales/England border

possibly roughly in the area of Newtown and/or possibly on the way to roughly the area towards Bala

we started in a different area last year but would like to go on this road again this year again as it’ll make a great start to Wales holiday again as we’ll be starting out from the same place as two years ago

It's not Scunthorpe, then...

We're narrowing it down now...

only if it's not the Scunny I'm thinking of and not one near the England/Wales border

I know thousands of places it isn't I'm after the one it is

Hmmm... That is a tricky one!

It could possibly be the B4391 but thats further towards Bala than it is Newtown... Has some similarly high-up-views though

A hidden gem of a road.as it goes up a valley,it has been known to see training fast jets level with the road.

Happy to help. You ant really go wrong with the roads round there as most are great. Be careful though as some which look appealing on a map turn out to be of the small single track variety, which aren't great!

those are the kind of roads I like, I've got a Midget, the Supra follows

the flat wide roads we only use to get to roads like these

thanks, Ive now marked them on the map
the ones I go on include the (white) unclassified roads like Pandy to Dinas Mawddwy (where there's the type of pub I like) and Rhos-y-gwaliau to Lake Vyrny and back up to Pandy - no doubt the roads will have suffered over winter but they were fine when we last went on them
