Crash helmet rental

Is there anywhere in scotland you can rent crash helmets? A few people coming to crail don't have them and it turns out crail have virtually none to lend out.

I don't know of anywhere in Fife that will rent out helmets.

If you're going to buy one, make sure it is to the correct standard. If you intend to use it in motor sport, it must meet the BS6658 Type A or A/FR, or Snell SA 2000 standards. Do not be tempted by a helmet that is only E marked. They will not be accepted at many venues.

I would be very suprised if the likes of Crail paid much attention to the standards marks on what you bring.

If you a friendly with your local carting centre, maybe they would lend one out?
