OK playmates...first Dreadnought track evening 18:00-20:00 on Thursday April 15. Not limited to TVRs though, give Dreadnought a call if you want to go, and arrive earlier than 18:00 to get signed in etc...

Yup, is was a good session. Surprising it cleared up and stayed dry too. Meant to catch up on how everyone had got on afterwards, but everyone seemed to dissapear quickly afterwards. Anyway, a great night; good mix of cars; and good driving (no stoppages) given the 'less than grippy' surface initially.

I guess the car ran OK?

Great fun, some tyre problems had me struggling for grip for the first hour until I got my head round the car again . . . blew my alternator in the last 20 minutes but stayed out (after checking I wasn't about to catch fire) for the flag then made it home . . .

Now, how to extract alternator from extremely cramped engine bay to repair . . . a weekend of scraped knuckles methinks ;-)
