As per the title; which of the ASPC bandits is the least painful to deal with? Or should I ignore them all and just advertise in the P&J and/or online? It's a 1 bedroom in Erskine road. My abiding memory from the unpleasant process of looking for a flat was they were all equally bad and treated you like something they trod in.

Call them all and ask the fee scale if money is the most important, aberdeen market is is extremely quiet at the moment though.

My bro is looking for a 1 bed - Fancy sending details through and I can pass them on - might save a lot of misery on both sides if its handled privately smile

I-Mac did not respond to a PM, and looking at his posting history he doesn't come on PH very often. I was just bumping it to stay at the top for him to see.

That's what I meant, I just expressed myself poorly. Click on my name to the left of the post, which will take you to my profile page. In the top right click on 'email me', which will allow you to send me a email. Job done.wobble

ETA: PM now enabled so it should all work.
