Tom Forrester, top traffic cop "post vacant"

Heard this on the radio news yesterday and can't find a thread anywhere. Apparently the road policing unit boss' job is now being classed as "vacant" by Grampian police but they won't say whether he has been suspended or not, such a shame when the mighty fall (or are pushed?)
