Remote garage / roller doors - Ellon

Our new house has an electric / remote controlled roller door between street and parking area ... and it's stopped working (I think the chain has jumped its sprocket).

I'm sure the previous owner told me it was installed and subsequently maintained by an Ellon based company.

Brief Google and Yell.com searches haven't revealed anything obvious.

Anyone have any ideas?

They put a new Hormann door on my garage about 18 months ago. I was after timber but after seeing the cost went for a plain white steel one. Even other colours were more expensive.
