Perhaps this has already been discussed on here and if so, i would be grateful of the link to the thread!

Thinking of going to the West Coast for a long weekend with the girlfriend - has anyone got some suggestions of places to stay? Was thinking maybe a nice B&B or perhaps a chalet on a loch etc. Good food either in the Hotel or close by is a must along with a good pub!

Cheers,

Chris

The west coast is quite large, any preferences for how far up/down you want to go ?

A friend at work owns the following cottage at Dornie, which is a stones throw from Eilean Donan castle, on the road to Syke. It's a very nice cottage.
