I've copied this from the Classic Cars & Yesterdays hero's Pistonheads forum.
Sunday, 26 April - DRIVE IT DAY® is the historic vehicle movement's annual
showcase event. It happens each year on the Sunday nearest 23 April, the
anniversary of the start of the 1,000 mile trial of 1900.

Has anybody organised anything? Should we organise something for Scottish Classics?

Garioch Vehicle Restoration Society are planning a run;

Meet 09:15 Beach Boulevard, Aberdeen, Drive via Stonehaven coastal road to Dun House, Montrose.

Im not a memeber of the society, but can pass on the details of the secretary if you drop us an email.

Hi there,

I'd be up for this in either the 911 or my father's Aston. Fingers crossed it's not snowing in April again this year!

Not very handy for me since I'm Edinburgh based, but glad to hear there is at least one run on North of the border.

I'd wondered if anything was happening here (ABZ) as well. I'll certainly be driving my XJS that day.
