I came across this pic of the ex Stirling Moss Ferrari 250 Being driven up a road that should be familiar to anyone that was on the Applecross runs

Lovely bit of road - Glen Docherty - now vastly improved but it was always well sighted before and one of these stretches that was exhilarating to hoon down.

Friend is up at sheildaig. Been a few times as it's a second home. Love the roads, shame when I went up it was 200miles in his 1.2 16v guffmobile.

Funnily enough for all the times that I have driven, or been ballast on that road its been going up the way.... must try it going the other way......Errr, not too sure that sounds the way I intendedpaperbag

Above - we look at turn 1 - be a little careful of turn 2 - bit of an adverse camber and it tightens more than you think. Apart from that it's strangely similar to maggotts and becketts at Silverstone. smile

Not anymore! She has calmed right down, she isnt even going to take the stang on the hoon!!!
I think she has taken up the good book and getting into the habit!
