Seem to be coming from Calton Hill/Arthur's Seat way.

Thought I was seeing UFOs at first cos they're just painting the clouds at this distance hehe

Anyone what that's about?

Hmm...might be, aye.

Testing them for New Year's Night festivities? There is a wagon of them, transportable, often used outside clubs on special nights.
They've stretched "Edinburgh's Hogmanay" to go on for days now. Was it opening night last night mebbes?

There was something going on on the Mound, just down from the Assembly Rooms. Could see it from North Bridge as I wandered across last night. Seems to be happening again, tonight, whatever it is.

I was in the city center on Sunday evening, there were a couple of searchlights beaming out from the building down from Harvey Nick's
