Having recently returned to Scotland, I have moved into a flat while we source a proper house.
This will be for a couple of years, which presents me with a problem.

I have to store a half built scratch build car.
A lockup has become available, but it's the in-a-block type, which I'm pretty wary of. It's in Kilfauns, and I have visisted it and its graffiti free and seems a quiet area.
If anyone has any local knowledge it would be appreciated...

Your best taking a trip round at night, you soon see whats happening then.
Get yourself round to a local shop they usually know whats going on.

I too am very familiar with Scumbernauld and have never heard of that area.

Sounds like a combination of Kildrum and Greenfaulds.

They look clean, no graffiti etc

No-one around the evening that I was there, but any local knowledge would be appreciated.

Circular garages at Castle way ought to be ok for keeping car in.

Castle Way is off Meadow View which is a quiet residential - all property in Meadow View is privately owned as is Castle Way.

Grew up in Meadow View, in LOndon for 20 years, folks still there, visit occasionally.

I'd second that - assuming the OP wants some form of security.

That's an unusual shape for a garage but I suppose it makes it easier to open the doors !
