5/11 M8 Incident

Anyone know what's going on at Hillington junction on the M8 westbound this evening? Driving past in the other direction, it looked pretty bad. Scant information on the travel websites says it's a multi-vehicle incident, but other than that no more info. Hope it's not as bad as it seems!
I must have passed that 2 mins prior to it happening.
The traffic was really dense too.
Not good at all.
The M8 around Glasgow seems to be really bad just now. Very busy in the mornings even around 9.30 - 10am when I usually use it.
Never see any causes of hold ups though.
With the poor driving conditions, the very dirty roads and the volume of traffic you would think people would take more care but every day the driving standards appear worse.
