I'd be interested in this too. Not sure if I can be bothered doing it myself...depends on the cost.

Hi the best guy in glasgow is Trevor up at port dundas. all the BMW merc garages use him

Sadly cant recall the name of his business

If go up to port dundas alog saracen street and after the sharp turn go left at first traffic lights onto I think its stronend street and just after there is a small set of industrial units on the right, go in there and is towards the end on right.

His signiage is Yellow but sadly cant recall the name of his business

ESP Powder Coating, he was in Stronend St in Possilpark, but may have moved recently.

He did the wheels on my old M3, and also the shadow chrome ones on my pals M5, and did a fantastic job on both at reasonable cost.

How much do such services cost?

When I got my M3 wheels done at ESP Powder Coating the cost was about £40 per wheel, the shadow chrome ones on the M5 were more expensive at about £80 per wheel.

That price was for the wheels being removed from the car and left with him for a few days, and included removal and refitting of the tyres, a new tyre valve and re balancing of the wheels. A same day service was also available, where you just dropped the car off in the morning, but that was quite a bit more expensive.

I had this done about three years ago now, so prices will probably have gone up a bit since then.
