Dreadnought Tracknight August 20th

Anyone going to this month's Tracknight on the 20th? I've booked my mobile chicane for that evening, just hope the weather is better than last month's!

Yeah I was driving my 205 Mi16 at that one. Was rather wet! I am missing the one on the 20th as I'll be in Amsterdam.

Going to the Skyline Owners Club one on the 25th. I'll just get a crap jap body kit and disguise the pug They need to get the numbers up so it will be interesting to see the Pug against turbo'd jap cars

I checked the weather and it should be dry and maybe even sunny!

It took me a while to get some heat into the tyres, but it was still a great night.

Some very fast cars there, incuding the 911 GT3 RS (if I'm not mistaken) and flame licking 350Z, but my personal favourites were the Alfasud and Renault Gordini.

Nah just a run of the mill GT3

The bloody kerbs where as slippery as last night though.

Hi,

This was my first tracknight, but after the nerves were ironed out I had a really good time. I was in the red MX5 which I had a bit of trouble with traction!! I should have the rear tyres replaced in the next week or so.

Did anyone take any photos or know where I could look for some? I saw a couple of snappers in the stand near the hairpin.

Anyway, nice to meet some of you I got talking to.

Favorite car had to be the turbo'd 350z .... my god it sounded evil. Oh and the Gulf coloured Exige
