For info, our next Knockhill track event is now available to buy on-line at:

http://www.sidc.co.uk/shop/index.php?cPath=33

There are different rates for SIDC/MLR members and non-members.

It's our usual 9am to 1pm open pit lane session with strict driving etiquette in place to ensure everyone has fun.

1 driver iirc.

its £110 because its a 4hr session rather than a 2hr one as per the usual.

I'm booked on for this event too. Looking forward to giving the scoob a hammering on its home soil. Fingers crossed that the KH microclimate is good to us!

Cheers

Sorry for the late reply - been a tad busy with work and not had time to check the forums.

You can have as many drivers as you liek driving your car. We don't charge any more for additional drivers or passengers smile

All drivers must attend the driver's briefing though, and be issued with a wristband.

There's also free instruction from a resident Knockhill instructor available (first come first served basis - ie grab him in the pits if he is free), and there will be a wheel & tyres van there so you can adjust pressures, hire slicks, buy road tyres, store spare tyres, fuel cans etc. safely

Still a few places left, but I expect they will go quickly in the next few days.

Is there any sort of convoy meeting for the Aberdeen crowd for this event?

Not that I'm aware of, but a few of the Elises usually leave around 6:15am from Bridge of Dee petrol station on the Stonehave road.
