Slightly off topic, I saw a black Vectra with the "roof rack" hidden LED lights, fairly flying through a 30 zone earlier today, didn't think much of it, except that the lights were red, not blue, was not using a siren either. Anyone shed some light as to what service was using it? (police/fire/etc..?)
