Slightly off topic but read a good report on Dalmunzie Castle Hotel here - what other suggestions do you have other that these 2 fine establishments - fully booked on dates required frown. Same style, area would be ideal.

Cromlix is bloody great. Shame it's full.

If you sell your car/house/wife/kidneys* you could of course book into Gleneagles - which is in the same area.

Spooky, was just watching your 'summer solstace' video from your website! I agree Cromlix is superb, Gleneagles a bit more 'corporate' and not as intimate as a smaller establishment. Sell the wife now? there's an idea, never sell the car lol smile

Seriously, if you are in that area keep an eye open for the new Jaguar XKR they were testing it when I was there, stunning looking car!
