GAC Sprint At Alford

Folks GAC are holding a Scottish Sprint Championship Sprint over two days this weekend 19th & 20th July. Practice all day Sat with another practice Sun morning with the timed runs starting as soon as practice is finished. Great couple of days oot with personally guaranteed weather and some of the fastest men and women in the country competing against the clock. Highlights include two of the most handsome startline marshalls ever to appear in Scotland. Come and support one of your local clubs by marshalling as well with free lunch and a fiver thrown in. Unfortunately I can't make it, as working on Saturday and doing a 10K run on Sunday....much more fun of course.
