Lotus Aberdeen?

Is there a Lotus dealer in Aberdeen? Any garages that do Elises?

Anybody with a 111S around ? I'm changing my S2000 with one of these and would like to see some cars before I buy.

No official Lotus dealer in Aberdeen, closest I know of is Edinburgh.

About 15 years ago it was SMT before they moved to Lang Stracht, then Village Garage before Stewart Milne built the high-rise flats in Cults, then Town & County, then as of about 3 years ago nobody. Nearest is Murray Motors in Edinburgh.

Shame. For the last 3 years I've been doing all my own servicing, but if you find a good local specialist, let me know, 'cos sometimes I get fed up with it (especially suspension stuff).

Try Carden Motor Company in Broomhill Road ( http://www.cardenmotorcompany.com/ ) as the Town and County Lotus mechanic works there and they used to do my Lotus Esprit GT3 when I had it.

JD Motors in Insch see a lot of Loti through their doors. Might be worth giving them a ring.

Belated thanks to ASBO & istoo.
I'm not an ungrateful sod, I just went on holiday and when I got back this thread was well buried on page 2.
I'll try Insch for a winter once-over this year. (Or maybe have a word with Carden Motors first.)
