ASBO?

A very strange thing happened at work this morning when i opened up pistonheads on the works general use computer and it said at the top of the page "Welcome back ASBO".

As far as i was aware i was the only pistonheader at work, is ASBO around the middle east at the moment? If you are make yourself known.
