I have a Ford Racing 4.10 ring and pinion on the way for my Mustang and am trying to find - via a recommendation - someone in the central Scotland area who would be able to install this properly, checking backlash and ensuring a good contact pattern etc within a Ford 8.8 inch axle thats slung under a Cobra Mustang. Any suggestions based on experience?

Hi there, try

KENNY BROWN MOTORSPORT
HILLINGTON IND ESTATE
GLASGOW
TEL: 0141 8826757

He has done a lot of work for me over the years, but more importantly he rebuilt the rear diff on my G-Wagon when no one else wanted to. He deals with a lot of competition and exotic stuff and is a qualified engineer so he knows what he is doing. Give him a call and sound him out.

tpivette, can you let me know how you get on? i've got a 4.11 to go in a ford 9" and would rather get someone else to do it... axle is off car and third member split.

She isn't a wee "girl", she is a lady/woman. She is almost 30 although she doesn't look it.
