The purple thingy was going way too fast for me to catch the beast in the frame.

No seriously there's one on the link at the top of the page, I'll email or post you a few more but they're not that good as I'm a complete beginner with the camera... must try harder after seeing the other efforts on here... next time I'll take the 430 page instruction book with me!
