Damn you, I thought I might be first .......
Sorry I missed you Steve, was getting out of the car in the public car park to the "soundtrack". Was a bit late due to nappy change and failed potty training exercise. You left early?
Avril, good weather as usual, not the amount of cars I was expecting and slightly down on "exotica".?
Will e_mail a few pics to you so you can send as appropriate, not be as good as Steves 'cos I was trying to avoid young'un getting run over. Still we had a good dig in the sand and made some sandcastles......
Drive safely

I thoroughly enjoyable day from my perspective!
First real "long" run I've taken the GT-Four on this year and loved every minute of it... apart from the postman in Applecross giving us a fairly aggressive mouthful of abuse on the passing; for what reason I still have no idea?
Good to put names to the faces too.
In the process of editing the photos we took so will post them up in due time.
Big thanks to Avril and all who took the time to organise the event.
On a extra note: sorry to the black S2000 driver who took the Cromarty exit from Tore roundabout: we were just on our way home and not on the way back to the Travel Inn in Inverness - I could see the puzzled look and pause when you turned in a road end.

A great day and superb photos as always Steve (I really must get a new camera!). Meant to come over & say hi but didn't realise it was you until you were leaving in the Aston... which by the way sounded fantastic. Could hear it for about 5 minutes after you left!
Cheers,
Mike.
P.S. Did you get any of my car (yellow 968)?

Haha, yup screw that one up, I had the Skyline behind me and for some reason nobody in front for a moment..so took the wrong exit, realised I got it wrong when saw the Skyline going the other way! Luckily had the black Seat in front after that to guide me back to the hotel thingy.. yey!

Agree with you about the sound of the Aston Mike!! Sounded lovely as it pulled away and then the noise on the other side of the bay.... Flash
