Mess Undress Required

Long story, short: I need to get fitted and purchase RN Officers Blue Mess Undress. I work for the RFA and it is exactly the same just braiding is different.

Does anybody know of a tailors in Scotland around the central belt that does Mess Kit? I don't really fancy traipsing down to Portsmouth!

There's a Mr Battye (sp?)who does tailoring for the Army, based in Stirling. Might be worth asking whether he's done anything as complicated as mess kit.

hi mate im in 2 scots based in glencorse edinburgh and im pretty sure our master taylor could help you
as he does everything from kilts to mess dinner jackets.
