Asbo,
I'm actually having a cage made in Aberdeen for my track Impreza Turbo Wagon. Being in the oil industry and using fabricators all the time i thought i'd use a few contacts and managed to persuade Dales Aberdeen to make one to my design. I choose the material and how i want it to fit and they'll knock it up for me.
Mine should be getting started in the next few weeks so i'd be happy to pass on my experiences.
My only suggestion would be that it was a cage you could fit away from their premises as it's a busy place and i would be highly suspect of them taking good care of your car.
I'm only opting for a slightly beefier version of a half cage that i can fit and remove with relative ease so my car won't be on-site for any longer than i am.
Cheers
James
