McRae Forrest Stages

According to this weeks Autosport, confirmed entries for September's McRae stages are ex world champions Hannu Mikkola and Stig Blomqvist. Markku Alen, Bjorn Waldegaard and Marcus Gronholm have all expressed an inerest in competing. Malcolm Wilson and Russell Brooks are also confirmed entries. Should be something to see all the above competing in Escorts and Sunbeams.

Sounds interesting. I would go but the first 3 pages of google only give me details on last year's event, so i have no idea when or where it is.

I thought the Macrae was the following weekend ... might be worth checking. Only reason I say that is cos thats when ADMC's original Alford sprint was scheduled and they moved it due to the clash ...

According to the Scottish Rally Championship site the 27th is the correct date.
