What lenses do you normally shoot with ?
Cheers.
I use Nikon gear, D300, 70 - 200 VR f2.8 and a 17-55mm. Sold the VR lens yesterday as I have been having problems with it. Nothing wrong with the lens mechanically but I and many others have focusing problems for some strange reason when doing motorsport pics with this type of lens.
Ordered a 300mm f4 lens from hong kong and keeping an eye out for a 80 - 200 f2.8 but not having much luck. Need to get it quick though or I wont be taking pics of anything!!

Nice kit !Ordered a 300mm f4 lens from hong kong and keeping an eye out for a 80 - 200 f2.8 but not having much luck. Need to get it quick though or I wont be taking pics of anything!!
I'd like to move to a 70-200 f2.8 at some point, partly for the f2.8 but also for the faster focusing
Like to see some of your shots with the 300 f4 when you get it !
Will you be using a monopod with that ?
Cheers.
