Crail 1/4 mile

I'm taking the Cobra and Subaru up to Crail this weekend to try them out on the 1/4 mile on Sunday. Really looking forward to driving the Cobra down the strip but only if its dry as it will finally give me the sense of sheer idiotic speed that I've so far been unable to test.

Heading up Friday evening and staying at a friends house.

Anyone going up?

Hi Simon,

I was driving the blue cobra with hardtop and one of many white subaru impreza's, what about you?

The orange thing, i think you mean the small kit car that was for sale. No that wasnt me, i dont know what that was.

Did you do any runs?

Ah yes, I remember seeing you. Me and my mate had a conversation about your car, could'nt think what it was. I was in my mates White Leon Cupra. Never took my Clio Trophy up, wish I did though.
Unfortunately, we all got caught speeding heading up.....

Ah the good old Clio eh, I saw a few up there that were racing each other. Got a mk1 16v Dimma myself.

Just heard it's been the worst weekend in fife for speeding. Mostly due to traffic going to crail. Top speed caught was 121mph. Over 100 cars caught or something. Nightmare!
