Driving from Bridge of Don on Ellon Road, blasted ST/Corsa or similar tw4t driving up my arse, acellerate to get away from the little sh1t, get nicked.
Cops sympathise to the extent they can, agree they could see what was happening, but that is it.
Arse!!!!!
Sh1t thing to happen Richard. If the cops could see what was going on why did they not have words with the other driver!! Cops sympathise to the extent they can, agree they could see what was happening, but that is it.

Surprised they didn't do you for racing. These days, when I get some clown trying to drive up my exhaust, I just gently, slowly, let off the gas and start going slower. They either get mad and drop a cog, pissing off to have their accident elsewhere, or get the message and back the f*ck off. Either works for me.

Damn. I just leave them for dust (if I'm in the right car). I probably need help.
Thats my old preference, either that or getting out at the next set of lights and asking if they have an issue? These days though, if I have my daughter in the car, I prefer the Ghandi route of passive resistance.

I do that now. But I used to leave them as it hacked me off. Coming back from a car show just after I got Stang I had a wee fool in a Honda Civic trying to see inside my boot on the motorway. I gave it beans and left him and once out of sight I backed off and chilled. But low and behold here he goes for another try. Can still picture it now
Nice long uphill straight.......
My mate telling me to waste him but me for once having sence and I let him past. Mate thinks I have gone soft until I tell him to look in the mirror at the BMW that appeared from no-where.
Next thing all we see are blue lights as they fly past me and pull the Civic over.
Aaahhh classic.

I once had an Aston trying to race me on my bike, but for once I didn't bite and off he flew, then in my mirrors I spotted a jaguar approaching with what I thought was a roof rack!! They caught the Aston soon enough but god knows what speed they said he was doing as he was realy tanking. Not quite the civic/corsa effect but rewarding for being good [not very frequently though]

And the one time you do something different....
I'm not remotely bitter about it. Not at all. Even slightly. Hmm.
Having created the necessary space I had backed right off as well.
Hang on, there's some spilt milk in the kitchen....

When I do drive (don't have a car sadly) and someone does that I usually move out the way to let them past. I've heard if you put your fog lights on for a second or two it looks like you're braking but without losing speed, but they slow down as they think you are so you avoid them hitting you if actually do slow down to get them to pass you.
