Help me find this van
Discussion
Back in May, a white van drove into the back of my car while it was parked, and did a runner. Fortunately I had a witness, but it transpired that the current owner is not the registered keeper at the DVLA, and the van is not insured either.
The police tracked the van down to an address, only to find that the new owner had done a flit from there, too - I am guessing that it is still somewhere in Scotland, so - if anyone sees a white Mercedes Sprinter Van, registration R891 FGE anywhere, please drop me an email about it.

Can you get a credit check or something done on the van reg?
Would that give the address?
The registered owner sold it earlier in the year. The police traced it to an address, but the new owner did an overnight flit and has disappeared (apparently they would like to talk to him about a number of things.....)Would that give the address?
According to the DVLA it is on the road and legit.
