Blue car had wrong tyres/ badly set carbs/ miss-fire/ missed a gear/ bad start/ success ballast/over tightened chain/ ran out of fuel/.....

or any of the above

Of course I will not mention the restricted throttle, over carbed tune, and it appears that the "banging" on acceleration turns out to be a broken gearbox all of which the red car had for most of the season, but I wont mention any of that,as I want somebody in Scotland to buy your blue (at the bargin price offered) one and come out to play next year on sports libre.

The more the merrier, and good fun,probably the best fun,speed,price ratio available, so much better to drive than the Locaterfields and much more comfort/fun than the single seaters....

I don't think that is the real reason why we are in Sport Libre while the 'racing snakes' are in single seaters (does not quite explain Wallace though, does it....?)
