Sitting just beside the Waterwheel boozer (between Milltimber and Beildside).

Seems like a daft location as all the town-bound traffic is queued at that point.

Funny, when I got in to the office, Luggit asked me if they'd been out with a speed gun and I said that I reckoned that they were just parked up eating doughnuts.

Luggit agreed that this was most likely the case since it was probably too early for the chipper to be open.

Incidently, what the hell is going on with that Volvo XC70 they've acquired? I see it all the time - especially so on Union Street. Are the coppers sleeping in it too?
