What's the weather like up there today? Or more specifically, what's it gonna be like tonight do you think?

I'm in Ayrshire, but was thinking of heading up to see the Beltain / Samhuinn display tonight.

It's ok at the moment. Cloudy/overcast, but white clouds.

Metcheck reckons cloudy and windy but very little rain, if any.

Bloody hope it's right biggrin

Keep an eye out for a facepainted loon in a black cloak wielding a Canon 1D running in and around the crowd during the procession. Once it reaches the square, I'll be to the left by the drummers biggrin

I'll email you with my number if you like - maybe text you after it and meet for a beer or something?

I've got to (oh it's such a chore wink) go to the after show party straight from the performance. I'm photographing that too. And getting horrendously drunk and cavorting with hippies of course.

Actually, I'll have my black PH long sleeve on under the cloak and over a couple of other things. Whether you can spot the Smiley & Pistons under my harness or not, I can't tell at the moment (backpack's out due to the cloak, so I use some webbing to hold my bits and bobs - South African Combat Vest apparently biggrin)
