Listen Carefullly, I shall say this only once.
I, poor little me, has decided to have a wee challenge which requires a camera from the participants.
I cannot participate because I am 'running' this bit of research.
Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh, Perth, Glasgow, Stornoway.........which city has the best cars captured on camera within 48 hours......I will specify the 48 hours.......obviously, it will be a weekend?
What do you think? Piccies will be required.
(the reason I decided to do this is for a wee bit of fun)

Jesus it gets worse! I can supply loads of pics. Do they need to be date stamped?

If you want people to take you seriously, less of the snooty comments.

This sort of thing doesn't float my boat but I'm not going to slag the OP because it doesn't.

Different people appreciate cars in different ways.

Relax a bit.

You do realise you're not making many friends on here? Less of the asinine and self-righteous comments and you might get on with folk a bit better...

Right, one and all, the clock starts at 9am tomorrow and will run for 48 hours.
The reason I decided on the Sunday start is because it takes in the Sunday car run and also the Monday to/from work run.
Lets see what happens.
(Also, if you can, please date and time stamp (if you can) the piccies).
I could suggest places to get lots of cars but no supercar garage piccies allowed - they must be on the road, and please block numberplates if its deemed dodgy.
I Think I'll repeat this challenge in the spring and again in the summer.
Happy snapping.

.....and make sure they are supercars....not piccies of Vauxhall Novas, etc., etc., you know what I mean, without upsetting anybody.

Suggest you start an individual topic for each city.

That way, it'll be easier to judge.

p.s. I posted earlier on this thread that the idea didn't float my boat but now I think about it ... wink

When you factor in that Edinburgh has all the Prestige Car dealers, eg. Ferrari,Porsche,Lamborghini,Lotus,Rolls Royce,Bentley,Aston Martin then surely Edinburgh would win hands down as thats where all the money seems to be although Glasgow seems to be catching up. I always find when in Edinburgh, i see the odd XJ220,Carrera GT and even saw a Mclaren F1 once.

Observer -

Kiltie's words have struck home, thank God! I have bitten my tongue for some time over the tone of your posts.
Saying sorry is a good start. Move on in the correct direction.

if so i would like to enter Insch into the fray... (John Deere showroom next door)

Weather will play a huge factory on this, all the granite city flash boys wouldn't dream of coming out on a wet day. The toupe wig glue might loose adhesion...
