I dont think we'll get through but at least it'll be entertaining. Hopefully we can pull off a few results though, the team seems to be on the up these days and if the huns can beat lyon 3-0 then anythings possible!
Typical Aberdeen mong mentality !!!bluejj said:

Typical Aberdeen mong mentality !!!I think your reply was particularly insensitive considering
the recent news... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/7035225.stm
The trauma they must be experiencing at the moment!
I received an email today which made me smile - banter as it should be.
It's from a fella I met through business less than a year ago.
SUBJECT : Dandys
Hi Eric
How are you? Well I hope mate.
I could not let the event of the Dandy's progressing to the top table in Europe go by without acknowledgment from a weegie. You should know that you were the first person I thought of when they went through, I could imagine your beaming face, and quite rightly so.
I must however confess that I have on a number of social occasions "ripped the piss" in relation to you parting with a considerable sum of money (non Aberdonian behaviour) to have your name on the centenary shirt, this was of course heartily enjoyed by some of my mates of the "hun" persuasion (sorry).
It has of course been a wonderful season for all Scottish teams (and National team) from a foreign competition perspective. I am almost positive that even your cold granite heart must acknowledge (through gritted teeth) the exploits of both Glasgow teams against top flight opposition in Europe.
Needless to say, I will watch fondly for the progression of your beloved Dandy's, hoping they get as far as possible.
Be safe my friend
Eddie
Brilliant and really nice.
Cheers,
Eric
