Not that I want the extra 35bhp - never crossed my mind guv... in the interests of fuel economy and easier towing of Broomstick for the G4 man... of course!!

Any recommendations on where I should or shouldn't go? Ideally Aberdeen area, but I could if forced let David have it for work so it could be in Edinburgh. Saw Banchory 4*4 advertised (at Laurencekirk - doh!) - anyone used them?

It's a BMW engine isn't it Nina?

DMS are THE BMW chipping company.

I have spoken with them previously and they can arrange for work to be carried out by an approved outlet in the NE.

Sure they'll be able to help and if not, they'll point you the right direction.

TD4s are all BMW engines - the previous engine were known as Di and were discontinued in 2000 (I thinksmile )

You weren't 'wrong wrong' Mr Chocolate - I used to have the 1.8 petrol K series Freeloader, but I got 'promoted' to the TD4, which is basically the BMW engine from the 320 but 'tuned down' to 105bhp - I gather in the 320 it's nearer 140 - and that doesn't get hit for the £300 (to be £400 next year) road tax - not that I'm bitter... much...
