Exhaust Fitting - Edinburgh
Discussion
Second question tonight chaps, I'm getting a bit greedy here ;-)
Got a new Nismo exhaust for my 350Z arriving from the States in the next couple of days. Any recommendations for garages to fit an aftermarket exhaust in Edinburgh ?
Will any of the chains, ie Kwik-Fit, Farmers, National, etc do an OK job, or should I be looking for someone a bit more specialised ?
It's supposed to be a perfect fit, since it is made by Nismo ( Nissan Motorsport ), so should hopefully be fairly straightforward.
Thanks

I've used Motorsport World in Strathaven for exhausts, the chap there (forgot his name) custom built me a stainless steel cat-back system. He works on fitting and fabricating exhausts full time, so he knows his stuff and then some.
If you are prepared to take the 1hour drive I would recommend them highly - I'wouldnt trust quick fit or a normal garage with a barge pole.

Calder Racing Development out near Livingston have welded up my stainless exhaust in the past, so they might be worth a try.

edit - they mostly deal with Japanese performance stuff anyway, so I reckon they should be fine for yours.
