I'm an hour away in inverurie with a cerb, which for Scotland is practically next door!

How are you planning to get your p&j serviced/repaired?

i'm diving down to Offords in Cambridge next month for a 12k service as it's exactly half the price of a well known scottish TVR specialist garage and with the money i save i can visit friends and family.

Guessing I spotted you other day on B9089! I have an S3 (storm grey) and live at Roseisle. I know there is at least 1 other S3 near Roseisle (owned by local estate agent - you might see it around Forres/Findhorn). Use my S3 on nice days when able - might be heading down to Central Scotland TVR meeting sun after next (8 July) down in Menstrie, near Stirling.

For TVR servicing i was probably gonna take it down to Dreadnoughts as they were really helpful when i was looking for a Cerbera (they r really pricy though). They spoke to me for hours on different aspects and what i should look for and avoid, so i really owe them one. Theres also Jim King Autotune, his son was out doing some commissioning work with me last week and said his Dad serviced/tunes TVR's, so thats maybe worth looking into. I'll service the car myself between services but really need to keep the full service history.

Did u ever see the Green 4.2 Cerbera that Kings Street motors were selling a while back?

Hi S3SWISS

Yeh that probably was me on the Forres to Kinloss road, unless my Dads taken it out for a spin while i'm away!!! smile The only day i was out in it was last Tuesday evening. I've been at work the rest of the time. I've seen the estate agent with the S3 he's showed me around a couple of places but usually turns up in an old Impreza.

The weekend of Sunday the 8th i'll be away at T in the Park, so would be unable to attend.

It would be nice to see your S3 sometime.

Not seen you about. I have seen a dark blue Cerb with big exhausts on the A96 between Marshall trailers and Inverurie a few times recently though

i saw that green cerb one day, had been in a bump, fibreglass all cracked at the front and need a good bit of work, a very neglected car, shame, but for a guy who claimed to know anything i need to know about TVR's, i found it odd when he asked if my T350 was a Sagaris. rolleyes

Yeh, the green one was the first Cerbera i ever saw/test drove. It was in a state! I think it had been flood damaged as all the interior was wrecked. The over all condition of the body work was really poor. It almost put me off the Cerbera idea completly, nevermind got one know smile

Based in Elgin . I had a 3000M up to about 2 years ago but sold it on...after having a Grantura as well..

Would love a V8S but a potential house move (to the Hopeman area )is on the horizon ina couple of years once the youngest has left Elgin Academy.

Have seen the grey s series in the Roseisle area as I am down to Burghead most eekends visiting relatives..
