Well, another great stravaig over some great roads in good company. Nice to see the boys from Montrose and Fife. wavey The Inverness clan did really excell themselves by driving down, round and back on the same day just for a wee hoon. clap

Thanks again Avril for getting this off the ground ( most of us were at some point last night)yikes

Anyone wishing to follow this route, nae problem: just follow the black lines left by a certain evil GT 40 cunningly disguised as a pick up truck smokin

Hope everyone got home OK and look forward to the next meet up driving

Thank's Hemi xx We both enjoyed really the day out.

The Bolt did ask me later on that night if I managed to pick up some of his tyres for him. Gotta love that guy. He's like Tim Allan on Home Improvement always wanting "more power"!! laugh

As most of you know plans are in place to make some regular days out. I will be keeping you all imformed of my progress on this when I can.

Back to the editing board for yet another DVD. (one day we might manage to get footage that we can actually post on youtube rofl )

If anyone got some shots at the harbour high up on the wall of the stang would love if you could email some to me. (afraid of heights so could not do it myslef lol)

See you all at the next one

Here's some photos from last night.

A good run indeed! Will be up for the next one and hopefully notice there's one on before the morning of the run! Might make it for some food that way.

New brake pads may be needed before then though!

Some good pics there folks.

Thanks to Avril and Barry for organising the run - hope the Stang is ok Ave. Bloody Fords eh?!

As for the other black Fordy there, Mr Bolt Sir, I think you need more power. Frankly I thought the lack of ooomph from your motor was embarrassing. couldn't even pull the skin from a rice pudding etc... wink

Good to meet some of the newbies, wavey to Doug and Rich. Likewise Kieth, shame you couldn't make it for the run. Hopefully you'll all be there for the next one.

Oh ye and what a cracking DVD Ave. Tyre warming indeed wink

My mate Jim (who came along to 'Nessy with us) is a bit of a wiz with the old video camera and editing malarky. He's more than happy to do some filming etc for the next one if you like.

Until next time...
