Hi all,

I went along to the hillclimb at Doune today, and the weather was typical Doune fare - grey, cold and drizzly.

Never mind, though, as I got quite a few shots, and again spent the time perfecting the panning. The more successful shots are shown below - please leave your comments.

There was quite a mixture of cars at the event - from a Citroen AX to a pretty trick-sounding single seater. If anybody's thinking of going - go!

Enjoy,
Iain

Excellent action photos - actually looks like the cars are moving
A lot of the photos I see tend to make the cars look like they are parked in the paddock!

So Wallace deserted his poor wife and son to go to Doune... No surprise there!! How did my favourite (other than you Mr Highland Speed Champion Sir!) fare?

Paul had a couple of eventful timed runs eek
Was last seen removing grass from the side pods after trips onto the grass at the top of East Brae and the finish straight.
Nothing hanging off though.
Stevie seemed to make it to the top without too much drama.
Stevie's 1st timed run with lots of wheelspin - but got red flagged due to Paul

Some more images from today. Good selection of cars with a few giving it plenty going up the hill. The guys mending the barriers were kept busy in the afternoon.
