Newcomers Track Day @ KH April 18th
Discussion
Folks,
Anyone one up for a spot of track tuition at 4.00pm Wed 18th April knockhill before the season properly kicks off?
Its open to complete novices and or more experienced folk who have yet to drive at KH and will allow you to make much better use of your first proper venture out on track.
I have arranged to go with some of the RS boys and there are six of us so far.
Basic Itinerary:
-approx 2.5 hours on site
-classroom briefing 1st of all
-1st hand tuition in the pace car with an instrucor to talk you through the track and show you the correct racing line to take.
- follow the pace car in your own car - again picking up the racing line
- then around 30 mins track time on your own.
Price is £79 which is reasonable given the one to one instruction on offer.
If your up for it, drop me a line or phone Tracey at knockhill on 01383 723337 and ask her about the 'newcomers track session' booked under the name Brian Stewart.
Cheers,
Simon

Not at all mate, There will be a handful of Foci Rs's a Civic Type R, anf probably a colection of Loti etc.
Bring yourself along!
Just to say that for anyone even possibly considering this - do it!!
Its a great way to start your track day habit and people who do this day tend to be the better, more courteous and ultimately safer drivers to be on track with. I did it as my first track day several years ago and have felt the benefit ever since.
And no, it doesn't need to be a supercar - on our session it was a mix of everything from corsa/clio/golf through porsche and ferrari - but everyone behaved and all had a great day.
