Villas for Sale in Florida

Guys,

I know this aint car related but i thought it may be of interest to some guys on here who are looking to invest into property abroad.

My folks own 2 villas in Florida which they are looking to sell.

1 is on the Highland Reserve Resort, features its own golf course, is 5 bedroom, furnished, stunning villa with own pool and games room

1 is on the Emerald Isle Resort, its about 15 mins from Disney World, slightly smaller than the above but still has its own pool etc.

They rent them out at present and any rentals will be given over to the new owners.

Not looking to buy one (not at the moment anyway, wish I could afford to), however can vouch that the Emerald Isle resort is amongst the nicest in the area, communal pool, gym etc. I'm going later this year again, it might even be one of your parent's villas

I havent stayed at the Emerald Isle villa, just the Highland Reserve one which was lovely The golf course aint too shabby either!!!

Hopefully going to go out again before they sell them. Love florida!! Would move there instantly if i thought i could cope with yanks 24/7!!! lol!

come on folks, this is the chance to invest abroad and make good money!! the villas are both stunning and you wont be disappointed.

sadly due to a change in circumstances my folks are looking to sell all their investments and put their eggs in one basket
