Sorry if this is a repost chaps, but I couldnt find it in the search.

I'm sure many of you will relate to this. I bought my new car 2 weeks ago and have gone and scraped a wheel on the curb owing to the gritters around her having an extended coffe break rolleyes Although to be fair it was my falut for not fully appreciateing just how little grip track orientated tyres offer in the ice yikes

Anyhoo, do any of you kind folk know where I can get my alloy refurbished (just needs repainting) around Aberdeen that wont cost me a fortune?

PPS Glassfibre will powder coat it for you, be better than painting it.

John Smith did all my alloys without taking out the tyres and you could not tell the difference. He has got a workshop near Dyce. Give me a mail if you need more details.

I've used PPS before. They did a good job on 16" alloys for £40 a wheel.

I took the 440 wheels to Laws Tyres at Bridge of Don, they sent them down to the Wirral, they were back within the week and were as new. I had them changed from silver to anthracite at the same time.
