Hi,

First off I just want to say I hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year.

Anyway back to business, My brother and I have decided to go a run next saturday (3/2/07), we have decided to just drop a post in here and see if anyone else would like a litte meet up and a drive on Saturday morning, for anyone who is interested here are the details.

Meet up in the Harry Ramsdens carpark ( 251 Paisley Road, Glasgow, G5 8RA,), Then a drive out to Inverary is planned through The Rest and be Thankful then stopping off at the Loch Fyne Oyster bar or hotel along the way for lunch, then back down to Glasgow via Crainlarich.

I hope you can attend and as I said before Everyone is welcome.
Dont worry you wont miss us in the car park either, so far we have my bro in a Ferrari 355 and his mate driving his CL 55 and hope to get a few more people.

Thanks,
Grant

Sounds excellent but unfortunately I'll be away in Galway at a stag doo...shame as I have a CLK55 that enjoys an airing, and that sounds like a great round trip. Enjoy!

Would do but I've got another session of someone telling me how cr@p my driving is that day.

Nice route, frequently do it in the summer on a Sat/Sun morning(incl a dodgy cappuccino at th e Green Welly!).

Hi Grant

Your brother wouldn't drive a dark blue spider. Have grey hair and be very well spoken by any chance?

Sadly I really must get this dissertation sorted so hooning around Scotland probably would not help!

Would love to, and goodness knows the car (F430 mostly hibernating) could do with the run, but can't (work Sat am). R

I will be driving similar roads on Frida and Saturday night.
Unfortunately I am working in Oban all day Saturday.

For once I would say you are not all welcome to drop by as loud sportscars are the last thing i need when recording voiceover's for cartoons.

Enjoy it though and remember much of the M8 around the airport is well 'SPECced' just now.
Also be awar the roads must be dangerous just now as there was 3 trafpol cars in Inverary last week.

Guess where they do their driver training Was up Connell Bridge way on Tuesday and had no problems at all apart from the roadworks at the top of the Rest'.

Just came home that way tonight. A bit foggy in places but almost traffic free the whole way and good fun for most of it.
Hope the run went well today.

Grant, sorry I missed this, been really busy but up for bringing the Murci out the next time.

It's been really nice the last couple of days so maybe a nightime run when the clocks change could be an idea too.

Kind regards
Paul
