Not your usual topic on the site but am desperate!

Having been attempting to repair a basket case 1952 Minor Convertible for the last 30 years I am now looking to either finish it off or cut it up with a Stihl saw and take it to the scrappy.

The problem is getting the doors to fit. Despite bracing during repairs, checking all measurements, diagonals, plumb lines etc; cutting bits, hammering bits, inserting shims etc etc the B****y doors won't fit properly. (this has been ongoing for around 10 years)

Is there anyone relatively local out there (I am in Edinburgh) who is able/willing to take on a partial resto job to get me past this hurdle?
Despite the car not being worth much I am willing to spend some sensible dough to progress this.

Any recommendations welcome (other than go ahead and cut it up mate)

not exactly on your doorstep but Willy Low's Restorations (specialises in Morris Minors) in Montrose would be worth a call. I've seen one or two that he's done before and they are excellent. His number is 01674 675584
