Anyone recommend an IFA in or near Edinburgh?

Time to start on the mortgage hunt and I need to figure out the best stance to take with regard to deposit vs reducing monthly outgoings, stuff like that.

You could try Dave Kinnear at Primesite estate agency not far from you. Very nice guy, and a wealth of experience. Use him alot for various things including business stuff.
