Morning Chaps,

I have fianlly seen the light and bought a Focus RS which I pick up on Friday bounce

Does anyone know of a RS specialist (or just a damn good garage that knows their cars) in or around ABZ?

Alternatively, is their anyone on here who knows their RS from their elbow, that I could fling a few questions at?

Cheers all

Get yourself onto the Focus RS section of the RSOC, busy site with good advise and lots of friendly banter. There are a few FRS owners from Aberdeen on there too.

For general servicing I take my FRS to Arnold Clark in Tullos to keep the stamps in the book and warrantee valid. The master Tech there owns a FRS so you also generally get good service. I Have also used Wallace performance for a few minor mods to the car and have had nothing but excellent service from Russ.

your warranty is still valid with servicing at ANY garage, as long as genuine manufacturer parts are used.

I know but always good to keep it with manufacturer during warentee period if they are doing a good job. Don't think anyone has ever said that about Arnold Clark before laugh

Moot point ... certainly when it comes to Subaru UK / International Motors.

Cheers,

pedantry perhaps, but you do not need to use manufacturers parts, merely parts "of a suitable quality".

if you google "block exemption" it explains things better than i can
