There's a guy who does the hills in a 'busa engined white Fury called Drew Murray. I met him at Fintray this year for the first time.
Anyone have an email address for him?
The reason I ask is that he had an exhaust manifold made by someone in Scotland for a fraction of the price one would normally pay - and it looked like a pukka job.
If anyone can help, please email me through my profile.
Cheers,
Eric

Quick squint at their site indicates that a one off / bespoke four-in-to-one isn't their core business.
Not on the site no but Jim has a wealth of experience designing exhaust systems for race bikes...
He's also done bespoke stuff ranging from exotica to boully bashers...

Eric,
I'm not sure if they are still in business (hope they are) but a company called Swana made me a manifold for a Hayabusa. Excellent job and I don't think it was too expensive, were talking almost 4 years ago though..
Keith.

Had a brief internet trawl but came up with zip.
Can you remember a contact name or location?
Cheers,
Eric

Name was [is?] actually Swona. They were based in Loanhead. I found a link to a cached version of their website here www.zoominfo.com/people/clark_david_377834909.aspx
But as the real site as gone, and Yell turns up only listings for Saunas when you type Swona (are they trying to tell me something), my money's on them being out of business.
Folks in biking circles should be more up to date as they used to go to all the shows and sponsor a couple of race bikes. I wanted them to do some work on the MegaBlade exhaust some time back, and even playing the 'I'm a biker too' card (well, the trusty GPz1100 counts) they weren't keen on the idea. Doubtless cash overrode their principles later if they did a Hayabusa system
One could of course ask how neat do you want the system to be? If it's a kind of 'rat car' look and feel you're after, maybe just hacking about and welding a set of the standard bike downpipes would do the trick? Got to be loads available from the breakers; after all, every Hayabusa in a car at one time had a set of pipes with it.
